The highly anticipated Grand Final of the 68th Eurovision Song Contest is scheduled for Saturday, May 11, 2024.
Once again, BBC Studios will spearhead the BBC's coverage of this globally revered music competition, building on the success of the 67th Eurovision Song Contest, which the BBC hosted in Liverpool on behalf of Ukraine in May 2023.
Following Loreen’s triumphant victory in Liverpool with her mesmerizing performance of "Tattoo," the spotlight now shifts to Sweden for the 68th edition of the Contest. Set against the backdrop of the iconic Malmö Arena, this marks the seventh occasion that Sweden has been honored with hosting duties. Adding to the excitement, Hollywood star Malin Åkerman and Eurovision veteran Petra Mede will guide viewers through the proceedings.
The Grand Final will feature performances from all the acts who have successfully navigated their way through the Semi-Finals, alongside representatives from the Big Five countries – the United Kingdom, France, Spain, Germany, and Italy. Additionally, last year's winner, Sweden, will automatically qualify for the Grand Final.
