Farage’s ‘Reform UK’ Surpasses PM Sunak’s Conservatives in Latest Opinion Poll

Reform UK Overtakes Conservatives in Latest Poll Ahead of July Election

Nigel Farage’s Reform UK Party has surpassed Prime Minister Rishi Sunak’s Conservatives in an opinion poll for the first time, just weeks before Britain’s election on 4 July.

The YouGov poll for the Times newspaper placed Reform UK at 19%, up from 17%, while the Conservative Party remained unchanged at 18%. The opposition Labour Party led with 37%.

The survey, conducted on 12-13 June with 2,211 respondents, followed Sunak’s pledge to cut £17 billion (€20.24 billion) in taxes for working people in his party’s election manifesto.
