Holzleitner emphasized that, especially after recent crisis-ridden years, investments are needed rather than cuts: "We need competent women in all areas of the workforce, from healthcare to technology. The AMS performs essential and successful work in achieving this goal. Women rightly expect solid and reliable funding from the government instead of constant cutback proposals. The next budget year will be shaped by a future government. Our message is clear: Women must be given every opportunity in the labor market!"
The SPÖ continues to advocate for working conditions that enable women to participate equally: "This starts with childcare that allows for full-time work and extends to healthy working conditions until retirement. We still have much work to do and therefore need the AMS as a strong partner with solid funding," Holzleitner concluded.
