Married since October 2019, the couple already shares a son, Cy, who is now 2 years old, born in February 2022.
In a June 2023 interview with *Interview Magazine*, Lawrence discussed motherhood with actress Cameron Diaz, revealing how becoming a parent affected her feelings toward paparazzi. She explained, "I do my best," when asked how she protects her son. She admitted to being nervous during her pregnancy, worried about paparazzi taking photos.
However, after her son was born, Lawrence realized that her energy was more important than anything else. "If he feels that I'm anxious or angry when we're outside, it will affect him," she said.
