 On Sunday, Novak Djokovic faced an unexpected defeat in the 3rd round of the Rome Tennis Masters 1000, falling to Chilean player Alejandro Tabilo, ranked 32nd in the ATP, with a score of 6-2, 6-3. Reflecting on his performance, Djokovic acknowledged that his mishap during Friday's match, where he was hit with a water bottle on the head, might have contributed to his downfall in the 3rd round of the Rome Masters 1000 on Sunday.
